Periodically, RHYC reviews the club bylaws. This review has been held in 2007. Below are the proposed changes. The first document has redlines showing all the changes. Only the right hand column was edited. The left hand column is original. A few pages overflowed so they are followed by a short page. The second document is a clean version of the bylaws.
There will be a discussion and vote on the new bylaws at the Poulsbo business meeting.
